We have a strict No Refund Policy, we however do have an Exchange Policy meaning that you can return the wig or product you have received in exchange for an alternative or replacement item within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
It should be noted that an item purchased on one sale cannot be exchanged for another item in another sale. Exchanges are valid only for the specific sale. in which you've purchased.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you your replacement product to your selected delivery address, altenatively, your replacement may be collected at our Pretoria or Johannesburg branch
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Any requests for exchange falling outside of this time frame will not be entertained.
It should be duly noted that ALL return/exchange fees relating to returns/exchanges will be on the customers' own account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Such inspection should be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, wig maintenance products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
No refunds for digital products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
